Vernon Tenants Association, Inc., a non-profit corporation with its registered office located at 46 ½ Mount Vernon Drive, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001, in the process of dissolution, has liquidated its assets in the form of the sale of real property located at 46 ½ Mount Vernon Drive, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001, and that any claim(s) to the sale proceeds shall be made within 120 days from the date of publication, with failure to file or make a claim resulting in waiver of the claim(s). Said claim(s) shall be filed of record with the Prothonotary's Office of Beaver County, Pennsylvania with a copy provided to the undersigned court appointed Liquidating Receivers. Chad F.
