NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

THE FOLLOWING VESSELS, FISHING PERMITS, AND QUOTA SHALL BE SOLD:
F/V CAROL ANN (O.N. 615907), her engines, boilers, tackle, electronics, and all appurtenances, including its federal fishing permits and quota (No. 330396), etc., a 76-foot steel hulled fishing vessel constructed in 1979 by Tidewater Marine, equipped with full transom gallows with haulback blocks and winches and outriggers and rigged for scalloping, an enclosed steel shuckhouse, a 660-hp Cat 3412 diesel engine (with Kort nozzle propulsion), and other appurtenances for her service as a fishing vessel;
F/V MAJOR EXPENSE (O.N. 627357), her engines, boilers, tackle, electronics, and all appurtenances, including its federal fishing permits and quota (No. 330566), etc., a 77-foot steel-hulled fishing vessel equipped with stern gallows and haulback blocks and two winches and outriggers, a single Cat 3412 diesel engine, and other appurtenances for her service as a fishing vessel; and
F/V MARKET PRICE (O.N. 1275363), her engines, boilers, tackle, electronics, and all appurtenances, including its federal fishing permit and quota (No. 251849), etc., a 54-foot FRP fishing vessel built by Wesmac in Sedgewick, Maine, in 2017, equipped with a stern haulback with a 10-foot turtle dredge on transom rollers and haulback winch, a 550-hp CAT diesel, and other appurtenances for her service as a fishing vessel.
Sale of each vessel and their respective appurtenances and permits / quota to be "AS IS / WHERE IS" without any warranties, express or implied.
All vessels and their appurtenances may be inspected upon arrangements with Yank Marine, 7 Mosquito Landing Road, Tuckahoe, N.J. 08250; tel. (609) 628-2928. TERMS: If the sale price is less than $5,000, then the full purchase price shall immediately be paid to the United States Marshal. If the bid exceeds $5,000, then the bidder shall immediately pay to the United States Marshal $3,000 or 10% of the bid, whichever is greater, and shall pay the balance within three days after the day on which the bid was accepted. If an objection to the sale is filed within that three-day period, the bidder is excused from paying the balance of the purchase price until three court days after the sale is confirmed. Payment shall be made in cash, by certified check or by cashier's check.
