INVITATION FOR BID (LUMP SUM - FIXED PRICE) Pursuant to ARS Title 34, RG Land Partners, LLC, seeks an Arizona licensed general contractor to construct public infrastructure improvements for a project in Goodyear AZ. Bid Due Date: Bids must be emailed on or before February 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to Engineer's email address, parker@cvlci.com Project Name: Goodyear Regional Center (GSQ) "Phase 3 Infrastructure" – Bullard Avenue and McDowell Road. The project site is located in Goodyear, AZ at the northwest corner of the intersection of McDowell Road and Bullard Avenue. Phase 3 Infrastructure improvements are to be constructed per construction drawings by Coe & Van Loo Consultants, Inc. within public access and utility easements (PAUE). Improvements include grading, public water main extension, public sewer main extension, dry utility conduits, paving improvements such as the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and asphalt, drainage improvements such as storm drain, underground retention and temporary retention basins, streetlights, and signing and striping.
