PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CASE P26-0019 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting: Wed., April 8, 2026 and May 13, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. Town Council Meeting: Wed., June 3, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates and times. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): PROJECT: P26-0019 – Ocotillo & Ironwood General Plan Amendment REQUEST: This is a Town-initiated amendment to the General Plan Planning Area Boundary to consider the removal of approximately 878 acres of property generally located south and west of Ironwood and Ocotillo roads (including the County Mini Farms, Vinwood Estates, The Quarters, and commercial businesses ) from the Town's Planning Area Boundary. APPLICANT: Les Johnson, Town of Queen Creek, 480-358-3064 The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting and Town Council meetings are held at the Queen Creek Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway. Copies of the application and related materials are on file for public viewing at the Town of Queen Creek Development Services Department offices during normal business hours, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday.
