NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates and times. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): PROJECT: P26-0020 – Combs & Gantzel General Plan Amendment REQUEST: This is a Town-initiated amendment to the General Plan Planning Area Boundary to consider the removal of approximately 488 acres of property (including The Parks, Magnolia Grove, and The Meadows neighborhoods) from the Town's Planning Area Boundary. APPLICANT: Sarah Clark, Town of Queen Creek, 480-358-3020 The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting and Town Council meetings are held at the Queen Creek Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway.
