NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates, times, and location. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): 1. Zoning Ordinance TextAmendments (P25-0126) -HB2721 Text Amendments. A staff-initiated text amendment to the Queen Creek Zoning Ordinanceas required by the passing ofHB2721,which requires municipalities to authorize and incorporate into development regulations the development of middle housing, amendingArticle 1.14 Definitions, Article 4.6 Use Regulations, and Table 4.6-1 Permitted Uses and adding Article4.15 Middle Housing Overlay District.Applicant:Town of Queen Creek, Sarah Clark, 480-358-3020 The Planning Commission and Town Council Meetings are held at the Queen Creek Community Chambers, 20727 East Civic Parkway.
