PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
To all persons deemed interested, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2025 @ 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at 160 Patriots Rd, before the Templeton Zoning Board of Appeals, acting under the Templeton Zoning By Laws, section 6.0 Table of Dimensional Regulations, for a request made by Sean Bardsley of 11 Third Street, to consider a variance for the reduction of the minimum front set back requirement from 30' to 7' for the construction of a two car garage.
