PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners will meet at 6:45 p.m. on October 20, 2025, in room 118 of the County Courthouse at 117 Dick Street to hear the following: SN0508: Street Renaming Case; Jacob Street to Jacob Evans Street Northeast Cumberland Land Use Plan: This Plan is to serve as a guide when making land use decisions. The plan consolidates the existing plan areas of (1) Wade Study Area and (2) Vision Northeast, creating a new plan boundary of Harnett County to the north, Sampson County to the east, the Town of Eastover to the south as well as Interstate 295, and the Cape Fear River to the west.
