NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates, times, and location. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): PROJECT NAME: Ocotillo & Hawes Annexation and Funeral Home (P23-0173, P24-0023, P24-0071, and P25-0088) REQUEST: Annexation (P24-0023) of a Maricopa County parcel totaling approximately .14 acres to be added to the Town of Queen Creek. Rezone (P23-0173), Site Plan (P24-0071), and Conditional Use Permit (P25-0088) approval to allow for the development of a 7,630 square foot funeral home and associated parking on a 2.72-acre site. LOCATION: Northwest corner of Ocotillo Road and Hawes Road.
