PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Pursuant to Section 1203.13(b) of the Land Development Code of the City of Hudson, Ohio, the Council of the City of Hudson will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Meeting Room (second floor) of the Town Hall, 27 East Main Street, Hudson, Ohio, on Ordinance No. 25-110 entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1206 OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE RELEVANT TO REMOVE ASSISTED LIVING, CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES, AND INSTITUTIONAL RESIDENTIAL FROM ALLOWED USES WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL-FOCUSED DISTRICTS."
