PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Litchfield City Zoning Board of Appeals (City Council) will conduct a public hearing meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:20 PM in the City Council Room, 221 Jonesville St., Litchfield, MI, 49252, to consider a variance for property owners of parcel #30-19-015-300-002-15-5-4 located at 950 Anderson Rd. The Litchfield ZBA shall review a request for a variance to decrease the north side setback by 42 ft, as described in Chapter 1266.07 of the City of Litchfield Ordinances pertaining to Area, Yard, Height, and Bulk Regulations. Interested parties will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed variance. Written comments can be mailed to the attention of the Litchfield City Clerk, P.O. Box 236, Litchfield, MI. 49252.
