PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that North Sewickley Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on May 13, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at the North Sewickley Township Municipal Building, 893 Mercer Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, so as to receive public comment on the proposed Tri-Township Joint Comprehensive Plan which includes North Sewickley Township, Franklin Township and Marion Township. The North Sewickley Township Board of Supervisors will consider adopting the proposed Tri-Township Joint Comprehensive Plan at its regular business meeting on May 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the North Sewickley Township Municipal Building, 893 Mercer Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. The full text of the plan may be examined by any citizen during normal business hours and days at the office of the Township Secretary/Treasurer, 893 Mercer Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
