PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting: Wed., April 8, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. Town Council Meeting: Wed., May 6, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates, times, and location. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): PROJECT NAME: Circle K Site Plan (P25-0081) & CUP (P25-0080) REQUEST: A request for site plan and conditional use permit approval for a fuel station and convenience store. LOCATION: Northwest corner of Ocotillo and Meridian roads.
