PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TOWN OF BLACK MOUNTAIN PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 Pursuant to N.C.G.S. §159-12, the Town of Black Mountain's proposed budget for FY 2026-27 has been submitted to the Town Council, and a copy is available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk at Black Mountain Town Hall, 160 Midland Ave., Black Mountain, NC 28711, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A copy of the proposed budget can also be found on the Town's website at: www.townofblackmountian.org. The Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed FY 2026-27 Budget at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026, in the Council Chambers of Town Hall located at 160 Midland Ave., Black Mountain, NC 28711.
