PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Walton County Code Compliance Special Magistrate will hold a meeting at 8:30 A.M. on July 29, 2026, to hear violations of Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances regarding Short Term Vacation Rentals Ordinances and violations of Chapters 20, 22, and 24 of the Code of Ordinances. The meeting will be held at the Freeport BCC Boardroom. Located at 842 Hwy 20 E Suite 118, Freeport, FL 32439 Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at a meeting of the Board will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which an appeal may be based.
