PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CLINTON TOWNSHIP NATURAL GAS AGGREGATION PROGRAM PLAN OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to 4929.26(C) of the Ohio Revised Code, Clinton Township will hold two (2) separate Public Hearings on the SOPEC Natural Gas Aggregation Program Plan of Operation and Governance (the "Plan") for Clinton Township on June 29, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. and on June 29, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. Both hearings will be held at Clinton Township Hall. The Plan describes the policies and procedures by which the natural gas aggregation program will be carried out for eligible Township residents and small commercial customers, including those policies and procedures related to rates and customer service. Copies of the Plan may be obtained at Clinton Township Hall, 3820 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43224, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
