PUBLIC HEARING 2025-2026 Intra-Department Loan – East Avenue Culvert Project The Avoca Village Board of Trustees shall conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Intra-Department Loan for $100,000 from the Village Water Department to the East Avenue Culvert Project at the beginning of the September of 2025 Monthly Board of Trustees Meeting at the Avoca Village Hall on: DATE: September 11, 2025 TIME: 7:00 PM – Beginning of the Monthly Meeting PLACE: Village Hall 3 Chase Street Avoca, NY 14809 The Mayor will present to the Board of Trustees at the meeting the outline for proposed intra-departmental loan with the current interest rate for use in the East Avenue Culvert Project, to be repaid in full with interest at the close of the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
