PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC HEARING On January 27, 2026, at 6:30 PM, the Campbell County Cable Board will conduct a public hearing regarding the cable television franchise of Spectrum Mid-America, LLC, locally known as Charter Communications ("Charter"). The purpose of this public hearing is to afford the public in the unincorporated areas of Campbell County, Kentucky, and the cities of Alexandria, Bellevue, California, Crestview, Highland Heights, Melbourne, Mentor, Silver Grove, Southgate, Wilder and Woodlawn appropriate notice and participation for the purpose of (A) identifying the future cable-related community needs and interests, and (B) reviewing the performance of Charter under the company's cable television franchise during the current franchise term. The hearing will be held at the Campbell Media studios, 10 Hilltop Drive, Highland, Heights, KY 41076. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to speak.
