ZONING CHANGE HEARING
FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE
The Waukee City Council will hold a public hearing on January 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Waukee City Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road. In accordance with Iowa Code Sections 21.4(1)(b) and 21.8, this meeting of the Waukee City Council will be conducted with two different options for public participation: 1) Members of the public wishing to attend in person may do so in the Council Chambers at Waukee City Hall. 2) Members of the public wishing to participate electronically may do so via Zoom at the following link or phone numbers:

The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance by changing the following land from C-1A (Neighborhood Commercial District) to C-1 (Community and Highway Service Commercial District) of the following land:

CONTAINING 10.22 ACRES.
Said parcel to be referred to as WCSD Admin Building Expansion
Approval of this change will result in an amendment to the Official Zoning Map and republishing of said map to reflect the current zoning in the City of Waukee, Dallas County, Iowa.
