PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL OPEN HOUSE The Illinois Department of Transportation will be conducting a Public Meeting Open House to encourage input from the public regarding the proposed intersection reconstruction of IL 173 at Caledonia Road into a modern roundabout. DATE AND LOCATION Wednesday, October 29, 2025 2:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. CALEDONIA CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH 14730 OAK STREET, CALEDONIA, IL 61011 PURPOSE VIEW GRAPHICS & DISPLAYS. DISCUSS DESIGN CONCEPTS WITH IDOT STAFF. ANSWER QUESTIONS. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT This meeting will be held in an Open House format and a formal presentation will not be made. Persons are invited to attend at any time during the hours listed. Project team representatives will be available to explain the project and answer questions. This meeting will be accessible to persons with a disability in compliance with current Accessibility Standards prepared by the Capital Development Board.
