PUBLIC MEETIN NOTICE NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Thursday, June 29, 2026, 6:00 P.M.
You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss a request by Walter Martinez for a Rezone (PL-25-0015), involving approximately 0.45 net-acres across two sites located at 325 North Central Avenue and 335 North Central Avenue (on Assessor Parcel Numbers 500-17-125A and 500-18-024A).
Currently, this sites' General Plan land use designations is Medium Density Residential. The site at 335 N. Central Ave. is zone C-2 Community Commercial and the site at 325 N. Central Ave. is split zoned C-2 Community Commercial and R1-6 Single-Family Residential. If approved, PL-25-0015 will rezone both sites to R1-6 Single-Family Residential to facilitate the development of a single-family home on each of the lots.
At the meeting, the applicant and/or her representative will be available to answer questions and solicit comments on this request. Please note, this is not a public hearing, and no official action will be taken.
