Notice is hereby given that the previously scheduled Regular Public Budget Hearing and Final Adoption of the Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey, originally noticed for January 12, 2026, has been rescheduled.
The meeting will now be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Elizabeth Avenue Volunteer Fire Company, located at 2 Wiley Drive, Somerset, New Jersey.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a public hearing on the District's budget and to consider final adoption of the budget.
The Board may enter into Executive Session during this meeting in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act for matters permitted by law.
Formal action may be taken at this meeting.
This notice is provided in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.
