PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Public Meeting Notice The City of West Palm Beach herein provides this notice per the Sunshine Law, Florida Statue, 286.011 that a public meeting is scheduled for: RFP 25-26-210 ES Creative Design for Interdepartmental Services EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE Thursday April 16, 2026 at 11:30a.m. City Hall 5th Floor - Conference Room 519 401 Clematis Street West Palm Beach, FL 33401 The evaluation and selection committee will meet to evaluate and rank the proposers. This is a public meeting. The general public and proposers can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting.
