PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of West Palm Beach herein provides notice per the Sunshine Law, Florida Statute, 286.011 that a public meeting is scheduled for: RFP 25.26.206 ES Consulting Services for Public Utilities Business Process Analysis Evaluation and Selection Committee Meeting April 30, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, 5th Floor, Large Legal Conference Room, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The evaluation and selection committee will convene at a public meeting to hear presentations. Following the final presentation, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the evaluation and selection committee will convene at a public meeting to discuss, evaluate and rank the proposers. The general public can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting.
