PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of West Palm Beach herein provides notice per the Sunshine Law, Florida Statute, 286.011 that a public meeting is scheduled for: RFP 25-26-206 ES Consulting Services for Public Utilities Business Process Analysis Vendor Presentations Evaluation & Selection Committee June 4, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m. and June 12, 2026 beginning at 9:00 a.m., City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, 4th Floor, Public Utilities Conference Room, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Following presentations on June 12th, the evaluation and selection committee will convene at a public meeting to review and rank presentations and proposals. The general public can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting. Vendors participating in the solicitation may not attend another vendor's presentation.
