PUBLIC NOTCE Region 16 Education Service Center will accept sealed proposals on items in the following category until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2026. RFP #MC-026-04 Module Content Development Interested vendors are asked to visit the Region 16 website at https://esc16.net to download the RFP. Pursuant to the Texas Education Code, Region 16 ESC shall consider the following in determining to whom to award this contract: The purchase price; 40%; The reputation of the vendor and of the vendor's goods or services; 15%; The quality of the vendor's goods or services; 15%; The extent to which the goods or services meet Region 16 ESC's needs; 20%; The vendor's past relationship with Region 16 ESC – 5%; The impact on the ability of Region 16 ESC to comply with laws and rules relating to Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB); 5%.
