PUBLIC NOTICE – 15 BUSINESS DAY COMMENT PERIOD ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY PROSPECTIVE PURCHASER AGREEMENT- 2625 Phoenix Partners, LLC The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality ("ADEQ" or the "State"), has negotiated a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (Agreement) with 2625 Phoenix Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, referred to as "Owner/Purchaser." The property is located at 2625 South 12th Place, Phoenix, Arizona 85034 (the "Property"). In the Agreement, the State covenants not to sue 2625 Phoenix Partners LLC for existing contamination at the Property at the time the Owner acquired it in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-285.01. Copies of the Agreement and all other papers related to this matter can be obtained by writing to ADEQ, Attn: Manager, Remedial Projects Unit, Waste Programs Division, 1110 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Parties wishing to make comments regarding the Agreement must make such comments in writing to ADEQ, Attn: Manager, Remedial Projects Unit, Waste Programs Division, 1110 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007, and reference 2625 Phoenix Partners LLC Prospective Purchaser Agreement. Comments must be postmarked no later than Thursday, July 2, 2026. IF THE STATE ENTERS INTO THE AGREEMENT, THE STATE CANNOT SUE 2625 Phoenix Partners LLC FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR MONEY PAID ON ACCOUNT OF EXISTING RELEASES OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AT OR RELATED TO THE PROPERTY.
