NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Breanne Leah Douglas, the duly appointed and qualified Administratrix of the Succession of Bobby Dean Douglas, Sr., has petitioned the court for authority to sell, at private sale, all of the Succession's right, title and interest in and to the following described immovable property, to wit: a) A certain lot of land situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana on the left descending bank of Bayou Dularge, comprised in Section 17 of Tl 8S, RI7E, said lot being more particularly known and designated as Lot Nine of Block Two of PAAGON PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat of said subdivision dated 1/2/69 and revised 2/11/69 by William Clifford Smith, C.E., said lot measuring a front or width of80 feet on the south side of Riley Drive by depth of75 feet; being bounded North by Riley Drive, South by Lot 12, East by Lot 10 and West by Lot 8 of Block 2 of said subdivision; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. b) A certain lot of land situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana on the left descending bank of Bayou Dularge, comprised in Section 17 of T18S, R17E, said lot being more particularly known and designated as LOT TEN of BLOCK TWO of PARAGON PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat of said subdivision dated 1/2/69 and revised 2/11/69 by William Clifford Smith, C.E., said lot measuring a front or width of 80 feet on the south side of Riley Drive by depth of 75 feet; being bounded North by Riley Drive, South by Lot 1, East by Redo Street and West by Lot 9 of Block 2 of said subdivision; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways and privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. Bearing Municipal Address: 128 Riley Drive, Houma, LA 70363. UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TO-WIT: One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($143,000.00) Dollars, Cash at Act of Sale, less one-sixth of the related costs and fees provided in the real estate agreement to buy and sell annexed to the Petition for Authority to Sell Immovable Property at Private Sale, with the Succession to receive one-sixth of the net proceeds. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedent herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
