APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE APPROVAL BEFORE
THE UPPER DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP PLANING BOARD
In accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Ordinance of Upper Deerfield Township and the Municipal Land Use Law, you are hereby notified that an application has been filed by Areli Perez and Amado Ramos with the Upper Deerfield Township Planning Board for approval to build a 30' by 80' garage with outdoor storage area for materials and vehicles and gravel parking lot for landscaping business. Applicant is requesting a variance for the side yard setback where 50' is required and 25' is proposed as well as lot area and width area which are preexisting non-confirming. The applicant also seeks any necessary variances and waivers as are deemed appropriate by the Board and/or its professionals.
The property is known as 86 Finley Drive and designated as Block 1205, Lot 1.01 on the Upper Deerfield Township Tax Map.
The application, plans, and supporting documentation are available for examination during normal business hours at the Municipal Building, 1325 Highway 77, Seabrook, New Jersey 08302, 10 days prior to the hearing date.
A public hearing will be conducted before the Board in connection with this Application at the Upper Deerfield Township Municipal Building on January 12, 2026 at 7 p.m., at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any comments.
Further take notice that the Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearing from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make inquiry of the secretary of the Board concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
