PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the meeting of the Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment, Avon Marina, 2 Main Street, Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey or at such time as the Board may thereafter adjourn, a public meeting will be held with regard to the Application of ROBIN BERHANG AND ANNA BERHANG at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The premises is designated on the Tax Map of the Borough-of-Avon-by-the-Sea as BLOCK 20, LOT 4.01.
Applicants seek to construct first, second and half-story additions, as well as renovate the existing 2 ½ - story single family residence.
