Please take notice that application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Application is hereby made for relief from Section #230-20-D of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the following: Bottom two steps of front steps are 10ft wide and exceed the permitted width of 7ft. Seeking variance of bottom two steps to remain as-built.

When the case is called at the regular meeting, you may appear either in person , or
by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition. All meetings are open to the public.
A copy of the application and plans are available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk during regular business hours ten days prior to hearing.
