BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Leaf for Life Inc. (the "Applicant") has made an application to the Borough of Magnolia Planning Board. A public hearing will be held before the Board on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Borough Hall, 438 West Evesham Avenue, Magnolia, NJ, for a Preliminary and Major Site Plan approval to permit the use of an existing vacant building as a retail cannabis establishment located at 336 White Horse Pike, Magnolia, New Jersey and designated as Block 5.04, Lot 6 and located in the C (Commercial) Zoning District.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant is seeking variances from the Borough of Magnolia Planning Board as follows:
1. A variance from Section 17-270.2.B to permit off-street parking facilities less than 20 feet from the residential district boundary when at least 20 feet are required.
The applicant will seek any variances and/or waivers that the Board or its professional staff deem necessary upon its review of the application in order to obtain development approval.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the application and any other supporting documents are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and available for review during normal business hours. All interested parties may appear at said hearing and present any objections they may have to this application.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Planning Board may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said meetings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
