PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF OCEAN GATE LAND USE BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That Patrick Gravino and Dario Pasquariello applied to the Borough of Ocean Gate Land Use Board for minor subdivision and plot plan/variance approval to readjust the lot line between existing Block 3, Lots 1 & 3 to create new Lots 1.01 and 3.01 located at 600 Ocean Gate Drive also known as Block 3, Lots 1 & 3. This application was heard by the Borough of Ocean Gate Land Use Board at a public meeting on December 16, 2025 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2026-1 and memorialized at public meeting held on February 2, 2026.
