PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Ana Pereira applied to the Borough of Shrewsbury Land Use Board for relief from a prior condition of approval in order to allow the construction of a pool, pool house, and pavers with associated pool equipment at the property located at 207 Williamsburg Drive also known as Block 62, Lots 5.01 & 5.02. Specifically, the Applicant sought for relief from a prior resolution of the Shrewsbury Planning Board memorialized on December 16, 2015 that provided that this lot would maintain a maximum building coverage of 9% and a maximum impervious coverage of 17%.
This application was heard by the Borough of Shrewsbury Land Use Board at a public meeting on May 6, 2026 where the application was granted under a Resolution of approval. The Borough of Shrewsbury Land Use Board adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on June 3, 2026.
