PUBLIC NOTICE BRICK TOWNSHIP Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That Brick Professional Plaza Association, Inc. and Brick Professional LLC have applied to Brick Township Planning Board to address the location of the parking easement for 74 parking spaces between the two properties. The applicant was ordered by the Superior Court of New Jersey under Docket Numbers OCN-L-1266-24 to submit an application to the Brick Township Planning Board to address the parking spaces and easement to confirm or fix the location of same. The properties are located in the H-S Zone at 1610 & 1608 Route 88 West, Brick Township NJ, also known as Block 1170, Lots 19.01 & 19.02 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township. The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Planning Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications. This application will be heard by Brick Township Planning Board at a public meeting on March 11, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application.
