PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Fraidy Kaluszyner has applied to Brick Township Planning Board for minor subdivision approval to subdivide the existing Lot 3 into 2 new residential lots (proposed Lots 3.01 & 3.02). Lot 3.01 would contain the existing structures and proposed Lot 3.02 is a vacant wooded lot subject to future development. This property is located in the R-R-1 Zone at 1985 Lanes Mill Road, Brick Township, NJ 08724, also known as Block 1211, Lot 3 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Curbing and sidewalk required along all street frontages for any subdivision or site plan, whereas no curbing and sidewalks are proposed for Dunbeck Road; Proposed Lot 3.01 minimum accessory side yard setback 18.4' existing/proposed, whereas 25' required;
Design waiver: shade trees and street trees required, whereas no shade trees or street trees proposed;
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Planning Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Brick Township Planning Board at a public meeting on June 24, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ.
