Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That James & Catherine Wallace has applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan and bulk variance approval to construct an addition on the existing single-family home. This property is located in the R-7.5 zone at 32 Stratford Drive, Brick Township, NJ 08724, also known as Block 903.16, Lot 9 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Minimum front yard setback: 25' required, whereas 15' proposed; minimum side yard setback: 6'/15' required, whereas 8.2' proposed; minimum rear yard setback: 15' required, whereas 8.17' proposed.
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on April 8, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ.
