PUBLIC NOTICE BRICK TOWNSHIP Zoning Board of Adjustment PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That James & Catherine Wallace has applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan and bulk variance approval to construct an addition on the existing single-family home. This property is located in the R-7.5 zone at 32 Stratford Drive, Brick Township, NJ 08724, also known as Block 903.16, Lot 9 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Minimum front yard setback: 25' required, whereas 15' proposed; minimum side yard setback: 6'/15' required, whereas 8.2' proposed; minimum rear yard setback: 15' required, whereas 8.17' proposed.
