Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Danielle DePalma and Stephen DePalma have applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/ bulk variance approval to construct a single-family home with proposed in-ground swimming pool, deck, and paver patio and driveway. This property is located in the R-5 Zone at 478 Normandy Drive, Brick, NJ 08723, also known as Block 22.01, Lot 155 & 156 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Minimum lot depth of 75' required, whereas 69.18' existing/proposed; Per 245-311.0 maximum driveway access width 26' proposed, whereas 18' permitted;
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on July 22, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ.
