Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Selman Savino Properties, LLC has applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for preliminary and final site plan approval and d1 use variance approval to demolish the existing one-story car dealership and construct a one-story car wash with site improvements including asphalt parking lot, vacuum stations, EV charging station, stormwater management, retaining wall, concrete walkways, apron and curb, signage and landscaping and lighting. This property is located in the B-3 zone at 781 Route 70, Brick Township, NJ, also known as Block 673, Lot 49 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township.
Applicant seeks a d1 use variance for the proposed car wash, whereas car washing establishments are not permitted within the B-3 Zone.
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on July 8, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ.
