This property is located in the R-7.5 zone at 95 Seagoin Road, Brick Township, NJ 08723, also known as Block 331, Lot 818 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Minimum lot area: 7,500 sf required, whereas 6,242 sf existing/proposed; minimum lot width of 75' required, whereas 60' existing/proposed. The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
