Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Louise Linck has applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for bulk variance approval to construct a single-family home on the vacant property. This property is located in the R-5 zone at 77 Bayview Drive, Brick Township, NJ 08724, also known as Block 280, Lot 24 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Lot area 6,000 sf required, whereas 4,030 sf existing/proposed; lot width 50' required, whereas 40.3' existing/proposed; Front setback to Vanard Drive 20' required, whereas 12.2' proposed; front setback mechanicals 20' required, whereas 11.2' proposed; driveway width at street 18' max, whereas 24' proposed;
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on August 19, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary and are available for inspection between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ.
