PUBLIC NOTICE Borough Of Elmwood Park Bergen County PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Junior Corona, have filed an application for a variance with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Elmwood Park for a Use Variance . The application requests relief to permit a pool in the right of way on the premises located at 166 Goodwin Avenue Elmwood Park, NJ 07407 and designated on the Borough Tax Map as Block 502, Lot 10. The property is located in the R-9 Zoning District. To accomplish this, the applicant is seeking a variance from Ordinance section 34-27.3 b of the Borough Zoning Ordinance, specifically requiring "No pool shall be built within ten feet of any right of way (easement)". The applicant also requests any other or further variances, waivers, or exceptions that may be deemed necessary by the Board during the review process or at the public hearing.
