PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Junior Corona, have filed an application for a variance with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Elmwood Park for a Use Variance .
The application requests relief to permit a pool in the right of way on the premises located at 166 Goodwin Avenue Elmwood Park, NJ 07407 and designated on the Borough Tax Map as Block 502, Lot 10.
The property is located in the R-9 Zoning District. To accomplish this, the applicant is seeking a variance from Ordinance section 34-27.3 b of the Borough Zoning Ordinance, specifically requiring "No pool shall be built within ten feet of any right of way (easement)".
The applicant also requests any other or further variances, waivers, or exceptions that may be deemed necessary by the Board during the review process or at the public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing on this application has been scheduled for Wenesday, July 24, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. in the Borough Council Chambers at the Elmwood Park Municipal Building located at 182 Market Street, Elmwood Park, N.J.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing, participate, and voice any objections or comments concerning the application
Maps, application forms, and supporting plans are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Building Department in the Municipal Building during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
