TAKE NOTICE THAT ON Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. a hearing will be held before the City of Camden Planning Board on the development application of Extreme Solutions Group, LLC requesting Minor Subdivision Approval, Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval and Bulk Variance Relief from requirements for minimum aggregate side yard setback (25 feet required; 7.7 feet proposed) and minimum side yard width (10 feet required; 7.7 feet proposed) to permit construction of two attached single-family dwellings each on their own respective lot, located at 2842 Harrison Avenue, designated as Block 900, Lot 51 and 51.01 on the City Tax Map. The subject property is located in the R-2 Zoning District and Cramer Hill Redevelopment Plan Area and the proposed two attached residential dwellings, each on their own lot, is a permitted use.
The Applicant will seek any and all other variances, deviations, waivers or approvals that the Board or its professional staff may deem necessary upon review of the application.
Copies of the application, maps and papers are on file for inspection in the offices of the Planning Board at City Hall, 520 Market Street, Room 224, Camden, New Jersey.
