PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF RYE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Rye City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday evening, May 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Meeting Room on the second floor of the Locust Avenue Firehouse located at 15 Locust Avenue to consider the following matter: Utku Cinel, as applicant, applied for Modified Site Plan Permit approval for the purpose of constructing of a one-story addition to the existing restaurant building on a property located at 100 Purchase Street. The property is known on the Rye City Tax Map as Parcel ID(s) 146.07-1-16, is located in the B-2 Central Business District, and does not appear to be located in a FEMA-designated Flood Insurance Rate zone(s).
