PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WAUSAU OPEN BOOK 2026 ASSESSMENT ROLL The 2026 Real Estate Assessment Roll will be open for public inspection in the Assessment Department on first floor at City Hall, 407 Grant Street, Wausau, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on April 23, 2026. To serve the public more efficiently, we are requiring taxpayers schedule an appointment to speak with an appraiser. To request an appointment either call 715-261-6600 or visit our website at: https://www.wausauwi.gov/your-government/assessment.
