PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WINDSOR HEIGHTS, IA ORDINANCE NO 2025-02 SUMMARY The City of Windsor Heights City Council has approved and passed Ordinance No. 2025-02, an ordinance amending Chapters 166, 168, 172, 175, and 179 of the Cod of Ordinances, with regard to accessory dwelling units and general amendments. This Ordinance shall be known as and may be referred to and cited as Ordinance Number 2025-02. It is adopted to align accessory dwelling units language with State law and general amendments conformance and ease of use for city staff, developers, and residents alike. This statement is a summary of the ordinance passed by the City Council on September 15, 2025.
