TO: Angelo Revilla and Shari-Dee Revilla
You are hereby notified that, on January 30, 2026, Defendants Arye Realty Holdings, LLC, Ronald Bello, Nir Bello and Shalomit Bello filed a Third Party Complaint Joining you as Additional Defendants in the case in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Pennsylvania, docketed to Number 6821 Civil 2024. The Third Party Complaint, which was endorsed with a Notice to Defend, alleged, in essence in summary form, as follows:
1. That neither Ayre Realty nor the Bellos were negligent in any fashion with regard to the collapse of the bridge located on your property;
2. That the collapse of the bridge was caused solely as a result of your negligence;
3. That any negligence of Ayre Realty or the Bellos was superseded by your negligence; and
4. That you are individually and severally liable, and liable over, for any subrogation claim asserted by Plaintiff in the original Complaint.
Ayre Realty and the Bellos thereupon respectfully requested that the Court enter judgment against you for the amount claimed in the Complaint, together with interest, costs and any other relief that is deemed appropriate.
After the Third Party Complaint was filed, an attempt to make service of the Third Party Complaint upon you was made and you avoided service. Consequently, a Motion was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County and the Court Ordered that Notice of the Third Party Complaint be served upon you by publication as provided by the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
You are hereby notified to appear and plead to the said Third Party Complaint within TWENTY (20) days after the publication of this Notice, or default judgment may be entered against you.
If you wish to defend, you must enter a written appearance personally or by an Attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the Court. You are warned that if you fail to do so, the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice for the relief requested by the Plaintiff.
