NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, PURSURANT TO THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF EAST STROUDSBURG, ZONING CHAPTER 157-20(D), THE EAST STROUDSBURG BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION BY LUIS GUASCO ON APRIL 16, 2026 AT 7:00 PM, AT THE EAST STROUDSBURG BOROUGH BUILDING LOCATED AT: 24 ANALOMINK STREET, EAST STROUDSBURG, PA 18301.
THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO CONVERT A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING INTO A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 291 S. COURTLAND STREET, EAST STROUDSBURG, PA 18301, PARCEL ID 05730120823384. THE PROPERTY IS OWNED BY THE APPLICANT, LUIS GUASCO.
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL IS REQUIRED UNDER ZONING CHAPTER 157 ATTACHMENT-1 TABLE OF USE REGULATIONS AND CHAPTER 157, SECTION 71(B).
COPIES OF THE APPLICATION MAY BE EXAMINED WITHOUT CHARGE OR OBTAINED FOR A CHARGE NOT GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL COST OF REPRODUCTION AT THE EAST STROUDSBURG BOROUGH OFFICE AT 24 ANALOMINK STREET, EAST STROUDSBURG PA 18301 DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS FROM 8 AM UNTIL 5 PM, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
