PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Stuart Street LLC applied to the Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/bulk variance approval to construct a 2- story single-family home at the vacant lot at property located at 269 Stuart Street, Howell, NJ also known as Block 148, Lot 5. Specifically, the Applicant sought variances for lot area, front yard setback, side yard setback, and lot frontage along with design waivers for curb and sidewalks.
This application was heard by the Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at public meetings on February 9, 2026 and April 27, 2026 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2026-05. The Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on June 22, 2026.
