Specifically, the Applicant sought variances for lot area, front yard setback, side yard setback, and lot frontage along with design waivers for curb and sidewalks. This application was heard by the Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at public meetings on February 9, 2026 and April 27, 2026 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2026-05.
