ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Nick Zukas applied to the Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/bulk variance approval to construct a 2-story single-family home on undeveloped property with an unimproved roadway at the property located at 0 Birch Street also known as Block 185, Lots 53 & 54. Applicant also sought variance relief pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-36 from the requirements of 40:55D-35 to permit the issuance of a building permit for a single-family home on a lot which does not abut a street that has been suitably improved to municipal standards or accepted as a public right-of-way. Specifically, the Applicant sought approval for lot frontage on unimproved street.
This application was heard by the Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on March 23, 2026 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2026-04. The Howell Township Zoning Board of Adjustment adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on June 8, 2026.
